Wills
Individual Will — $440 | Couple — $620

Our fees for wills and enduring powers of attorney include two appointments.
The first appointment is for us to advise you and take your instructions. We then prepare your estate documents and provide you with draft documents to ensure that you are satisfied.
In the second appointment, we discuss and sign your estate documents. We have flexible meeting options available for our appointments; these include by telephone, zoom, home visit (additional charge may apply) or at our Adelaide office.
The above fees are for standard wills. If you have children from a previous relationship, wish to have a testamentary trust made or if you have a business, company or family trust, you may need complex provisions in your will. Additional charges apply to a complex will. If you are unsure which will is right for you, our expert lawyer will advise you after taking your instructions.
Choose to add an Advance Care Directive with your will from $85 for an individual or $120 for a couple.
